I have tried numerous products for my really bad back acne but have had no luck for a couple different reasons. It recently cleared up when I used a combination of this wash (never found a better medicated wash honestly) and their benzoyl 10%. Back acne is super tricky to clear up but it will with consistency!

My holy grail defense against acne. The 10% benzoyl peroxide really makes a difference. It clears up all my acne extremely fast, I’m talking 3-4 days. Only thing is you absolutely have to wash your face with it twice a day and be consistent otherwise acne will start popping back up. I also find the more product I use when washing my face the better. It also finishes pretty quickly since it’s only 5oz so you might want to purchase in twos. It’s a miracle for acne prone skin and it doesn’t irritate my skin. Smell is a little strong when you first open it but you get used it. Smell is the least of my worries as long as I’m acne free.

Im pretty lazy so I love the fact that this wash has a medication in it and since my acne isn’t totally terrible, I dont really have to use a separate topical medication very often, just around that time of the month. I have tried other medicated cleansers and none have worked as well as this with a visible effect after a few days use. My boyfriend also uses it on his back and never gets pimples there any more!

I use this since the beginning of time. I meet Pam and her team in 1990 in Walnut Creek and she change my life. All the products are amazing. I use this on my back nearly every day. Since 1990, my scars are not visible at all and I get 1-2 pimples a month max. I also use the sunscreen, a oily cleanser for my face and benzoyl medication for my face to. Starting to think I need stuff for my skin since I am getting older but like Pam tell me, the oilier the skin the less the wrinkles! True so far!

I have had acne since I was 12/13 years old, and continued breaking out into my 20’s. This product is the first one to actually clear up my skin. Now, I barely breakout except for the occasional zit, and even then it is very contained and goes away quickly. However, this stuff dries out your skin pretty badly, especially when you first start using it, so I would suggest only using once a day, and avoid the eye area. My skin has become accustomed to it so my skin no longer dries out, and if it does, I just use face lotion afterward.

The scars are fading pretty quickly, nothing I can do about the indents but the darkening has faded significantly. Hoping to go makeup free this summer!

I have an extremely oily T Zone, under my ears on my neck and my back in between my shoulder blades. This is where I normally would experience the majority of my breakouts. The back was the worst because it was very difficult for me to treat by myself. And under my ears, I have broken out for so long, I have dark brown scarring. A combination of this wash plus the benzoyl peroxide medication has been the miracle I have really hoped for. My skin is no longer oily, I would almost say it is “normal”. Normal wash and BPO worked wonders on my facial acne but never seemed to do the trick on my neck area which is excessively oily, especially in the area under my ears and behind them. It is super strange to be oily there and embarrassing as well. I rarely see people with acne problems there, especially at my age (40’s).
When this started to become an issue roughly 3 years ago, Pamela put me on WOW as well as some BPO at night and within a week, the breakout was looking much better, the skin was considerably less oily and overall less inflamed. Within a month, the breakouts ceased altogether and my skin is noticably less oily.
I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from body acne breakouts. In fact, my son is now using it too!
