Hi! My name is Tia F. and I am so thankful for finding out about and using Ninja Skincare. I’m currently a sophomore in high school at 15 years old but was 14 when I started. Since being a preteen, I was struggling with constant pimples of all kinds (white heads, tiny bumps, dark scars, etc.) and dry skin. It was super bad. Before using Ninja’s products, I tried so many different skincare products to clear my acne. I got facials every month and used the spa’s recommended products, but it didn’t work. My son’s acne started when he was 13 years old. In his case, he would have few spots on his face, but his back was more affected. He was on Proactive for both, his face and his back. It never worked to completely clear his back but since his face was more or less ok he did not care that much. All that changed a year ago just before his 19^th birthday. He started getting very bad red pimples on his cheeks, and some serious bumps and nodes under skin. We tried many over the counter medications but nothing helped. We consulted a very reputable dermatologist and he suggested Accutane. He was very clear that due to severity of my son’s acne nothing else could help. I was the one that contacted Pamela and Ninja Skin team. And I was really impressed with attention my son got from the first day. We did initial consultation but we waited some time before starting his treatment. There was no pressure from Ninja skin team, just statement “we are here if you need us”.

After we started Ninja Skin treatment, we provided photos every 2, 3 weeks and Ninja Skin team would review and give us direction, adjust his routine to achieve maximum results. I’ve never had amazing skin. I’m in my late 20’s and was tired of still dealing with acne, the especially painful, cystic acne on my cheeks and jaw. I had tried tons of over the counter things for years, a prescription retinol in college, even went on birth control in my teenage years to help. So I decided to try the pricey Rodan & Fields and it made me worse. WAY WORSE!! I kept asking who I bought it from and they kept telling me “it gets worse before it gets better, keep going!” 7 weeks in and I got my money back!

The process with Ninja was so immediately different because of the personal contact. I spoke to the owner and she asked so many questions to understand how to start and what to recommend. I had a makeup that I really loved, but she researched it and told me it was aggravating my issue. They pretty much all have benzoyl peroxide. It took a while for Ninja just to get me back where I started, but since it has, it continues to improve. I work in a hospital and take call at night. Previously, I would never go in without makeup even in the middle of the night because of how bad it was. I don’t have any current breakouts, my pore size is decreasing, and I never bother with makeup when I get called into work in the middle of the night!

I was at the worst point in my fight against adult acne. From my early to mid-twenties, my once problem free skin turned into a nightmare. It was severe. Laying my cheeks on my pillows was painful.
