Ninja Skincare  has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy and protection of your information. As part of the normal operation of services, we collect information about you. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

1.  Information Collected During Your Use of  Ninja Skincare

In order to receive your custom product recommendations after completing our online questionnaire, users are required to give us contact information (e.g., your email address). Optionally, we collect name and address information.

If you decide to purchase any products from Ninja Skincare,  Ninja Skincare will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address (“Financial Information”). Financial Information that is collected is used to charge you for products and Ninja Skincare does not share Financial Information with outside parties.

2. Our Use of Your Information.

We use customer contact information from the questionnaire form to send you information about Ninja Skincare. Your contact information is also used to contact you if necessary.

3. Our Disclosure of Your Information

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy and without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.  Ninja Skincare will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your personal identifiable information to any third party.

4. Security

We use current technologies and maintain security standards to ensure that your personal information is protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, inappropriate alteration or misuse. All safety and security measures are also appropriate to the sensitivity level of your information. Electronic client files are kept in a secured environment with restricted access. Paper-based files are stored in restricted access areas.

The following applies to residents of California.

Notice to California Residents. Ninja Skincare must disclose whether the following categories of personal information are disclosed for a “business purpose” or “valuable consideration” as those terms are defined under California law. Note that while a category below may be marked, that does not necessarily mean that we have personal information in that category about you. In the preceding twelve months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information in the manner described.

6.2 Right to Opt Out of Disclosure of Personal Information for Valuable Consideration.  You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time. To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a request by contacting us as described below. Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back into personal information sales at any time by contacting us as described below. You do not need to create an Account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.  You can opt-out by visiting our DO NOT SELL MY INFO page and filling out the corresponding form.

6.3 Notice of Disclosure for Direct Marketing. Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents who have an established business relationship with Ninja Skincare are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
