Why Patience is more than a virtue when combatting acne

Most people who come to us are desperate. Desperate for help. Desperate for a solution. Desperate for CLEAR SKIN. What we have found, in our nearly 30 years of treating acne, is that there is a big difference between our long term clients and the new clients who have tried everything under the sun and still are plagued with bad skin. The second reason why our older clients have a little more patience, we find, is because most of them were with us when we had a physical location and they remember our estheticians telling them over and over again, BE PATIENT, RESULTS WILL COME. And because they knew us, like really knew who we were, they trusted us picking at their faces and treating their kids, they believed us a little more than new clients might, who don’t *know* us like our old clients do.
